I would like to have the same header on all of my web pages that make up my site. How would I make them be responsive at the same points
for example, put the blue banner stuff in this
http://www.essexpresbytery.org/layouts/Presbytery/index.html

onto this
http://www.essexpresbytery.org/layouts/Presbytery/churches.html
and have it act the same way

please help

What I would do is setup one layout the way you like it and then duplicate that as needed and then add the specific content. You can do that under Layouts > Manage Project
