I don't think there's a lack of documentation with CoffeeCup, only a lack of portraying this to their customers. I've been telling them that for years since they removed the manuals and went to startup guides and then went to all online and nothing in the software. Not a problem as long as you tell people where you put it and give them the ability to find it on their own easy without always having to ask .... but anyways I rant haha, there are a ton of articles written for all of their software which you can find all by yourself by going to your account link in the top right of the website.
Mouse over your account link and click it or mouse over it and Choose Your Support Room
On that Support Room page right hand column are a handful of links, one of them says Browse Articles
On the next page you'll get a whole list of keyword tags that go with their software, tediously setup yes, but definitely doable and find what you're looking for in that list on the right (look for the program you're wanting help with).
Now you'll find a myriad of articles for any software and "almost" anything you need help with there is covered. If not, then go to the Youtube Channel
https://www.youtube.com/user/CoffeeCupVideo/playlists where you'll find the ones Brian listed above as well as a lot more.
Anyways, that's my rant, yes there is a lot of documentation, but there isn't a lot of publicity (other than when people ask for help) to really steer anyone to it on their own. Would be nice if they included that as part of the help function of their software, make a splash page that has links to the various areas for help.
