Absolutely not!
Layout Maker and Site Designer will have two separate functions depending on your needs. Layout Maker builds wireframes and mockups. Site Designer will allow you to build websites.

I get it. Good things come to those who wait. I'm waiting as patiently as I can . . .though being on drugs right now kinda warps time!

Yeah I know how to copy and paste hex code, that's the issue, it ain't doing it. It will occasionally but it misses stuff out and you get colours that you dont want.
