Me too... and I'm on OSX (Mavericks)... so... I bought it

Well done, it's bed time for me, so I'll check the email out, haven't read it yet.

For those who have OSX & Windows machines and bought the Windows version first due to whatever reason RLM does not work on OSX under Crossover emulation.
I have Crossover version 13.1 and RLM just sits there with the circle going round and round and does not initiate.

If you want or need to run on both PC and OSX, CC used to offer (and I think they still do) a subscription plan to the 'Responsive' programs. Then you can download for both versions at no extra charge. Not sure how you sign up for that anymore. Might want to drop a support topic to CC and see if they'll clue you in. Just go to your name at the top right and come down to 'Your Support Room' and you can open a topic and ask about it.
