Hello Guys.
First of all, I want to say thank you for any response I get, I really appreciate it. ;)

I am totally new to RLM and Responsive Menu Builder also. I am trying to combine RLM with Menu Builder, the idea is to design a menu for a normal screen and when it gets smaller to switch to small screen menu as it features the program when you click on layout. My first question is:

Do I need to design two different Menus one normal size and the other small to accomplish that?

Second... What do I need to do to replace an image element after the layout is exported into slideshow of pictures and keep the responsiveness of the layout?

Once again.
Thanks in advance!!!!!

PS: I really wish I can change pictures, paragraph and everything from RLM, it would be a nice suite and I am willing to pay for a extreme version if CC comes out with one.

Hi there Sineis,

No simply build one menu then use breakpoints and adjust the settings to fix your menus layout as it shrinks down.

Second... What do I need to do to replace an image element after the layout is exported into slideshow of pictures and keep the responsiveness of the layout?

Yes you will have to replace them after you export your layout. Please keep in mind that the RLMP is not a website designer it only makes the frame work. Once you are done getting the layout to look exactly the way you want it you will then have to open the exported files in an HTML editor and adjust your code accordingly.

There is one coming. Its called the Responsive Site Designer. Hopefully it will be ready soon! This will combine the RLMP and Visual Site Designer concepts and allow you to adjust everything within the program itself!

Hope these answers help.

Hi Steve, thank you for your reply.

How can I bring the Menu I already exported inside RLM to use breakpoints and adjust the settings?.

I guess I am lost on that connection.

PS: BTW Steve I have seen the samples you have shown on other threats and you have two things I would like to accomplish on my page, related of course to the previous two questions I posted.

RLMP does not create a menu it only puts a place holder for a menu or just text links.

You would build a menu in the Menu Builder and copy the code into the Exported Responsive Layout.

I will put together a video of how to do this tonight for you ok?

Bottom line is the RLMP does not build Responsive Menus that can be opened by Menu Builder. These are two different products that can work together. You can create menu in the RLMP but this would only be a very simple menu... more like just button links... with no other options.

I know this sounds confusing but once you see my video you will completely understand!

Well done Steve, I'll be given that a watch. I don't have menu maker, or CC's however it will be interesting to see how that pans out. Just a quick question off topic a bit, so hope Jo Ann doesn't see this  but you know when you place your image on the RLM, is that where you in some cases are putting your Wow slider?? or thumbnails as the case myabe

Yes exactly right. The Layout maker will create a DIV with that image tag in it. You then will delete that image reference all together and replace it with your code. Its kind of the same way you deal with a Menu.

Yeah I thought so, I've done it with images and thought it would just be the same, so thanks for that bud :P
