Apple Watch falls well within the 200px limit of RLM and RSD. You have to remember, do not worry about device sizes. There are millions of different screen sizes out there. Worry about how your site looks as it decreases in size, use the slider to find the "strange" looking sections and correct them at that breakpoint. As long as you do this, your site will look great on any device.
