Can someone take a look at this page and give me an idea where to look or how it should be done:

The first row with the scroller mbs and netMD works the way I would like it too as the screen contracts. The mbs and netMD drop below the scroller.

On the next row with the RSS feed and EZ-Bill and image, when the screen contracts I would like the RSS fee to be at the bottom. So when the screen is fully contracted, the vertical order from the top would be the scroller, mbs, netMD, EZ-Bill, image, then the RSS feed

Might want to use a sub-grid for that area outside the scrolling area and bulletin section. Or you could use hidden rows.
