I have several sites built and published using Site Designer. However, the last three I did are showing up correctly in my S-Drive, but the site on the web is the default or Primary account. Primary Domain Name is correct under settings, the Dropbox under domains is correct, and the information is correct in Site Designer settings. Example: www.macdoogles.net is in the browser line, but the website that is there is www.johannadaniels.com. I'm seeing that on all devices and I am not getting any answer from my Support Room, so I am asking here. Having the wrong site published is much worse than not having it published at all. Any ideas?

Have you tried clearing the cache on your browser??
Go to your Sdrive open the domain and then scroll down until you find the index file over on the right you will see a dropdown select view, what do you see?
Did you delete the old files/folders etc before pyblishing the new ones??

Yes. However, these are brand-new sites. They were never loaded before. And this is showing up on my phones, tablet, and 2 different PCs (and various browsers.) I'd be curious about what you saw if you opened the macdoogles website?

When you hit publish in site designer and it comes back with successul message there is a link to view the published site
if you hit that link, what do you see?

If you go to "Settings" within site designer
then check to see which of yourSDrive domains that project file is publishing to.

I'd be curious about what you saw if you opened the macdoogles website?
I haven't opened it yet, but I believe what you are saying, my opening it isn't going to help solve the problem yet

Ist question: It clearly says https://www.macdoogles.net/index.html, but opens the johannadaniels.com site while showing macdoogles.net/index.html in the browser address.

which would indicate to me that the index.html file isn't in that domain you published to,
but the
https://www.johannadaniels.net/index.html does show the index page, which suggests either you didn't delete all the files and folders from that SDRIVE domain, or it's being published to a different domain on your SDrive, or your home page isn' named index.html
After that I am afraid that my crystal ball gets a bit foggy
