Tack Inger!

Yes, I have found out that Word is not the tool to use, at least not if you don't like bloated code!

I have now included your "standard-start" in my software but as I said earlier, it isn't enough to say that code is utf-8, it has to actually be in utf-8 code too!

Helsing,
Lup

Try this file I have attached. I have used html5 as the start, changed all theä ö and å back to ä, ö and å, and then removed tons of redundant code.

You can also watch the result here: http://www.fjermeros.net/test4/syndalen.htm

Thanks again Inger!

Your code certainly looks much nicer than mine!
I really appreciate the effort you have put into showing me how to propery code that page!

Mange takk,
Lup

I have actually not shown you how to code properly ;) If I had, I would have taken out all the deprecated html code for styling and made a style sheet instead. If you want me to do that, I could make the first page for you and you could change any following pages the same way.

Thanks Inger for that offer!
Style sheets is something I have always seen as "the way to go" but never dared to try!;)

Well, try this one. It should be some considerably leaner code. ;)

Thanks again Inger!
Sorry for the delay in replying but it was only today that I again got time to spend at the keyboard.

Your code is a real eye-opener. There probably is no better way to learn than by seeing ones own code done the right way!

Mange takk

You're welcome! :)
When you deal with the other pages of your site, make sure you have the link to the style sheet in the head of the pages, and then you can remove bits by bits of the presentational code and check if the page stays as you want.
