Upon opening Shopping Cart Designer Pro, I receive the error message: Some fonts are not present on your system. Where can I find a list of required fonts?
On the Product Details page, how do I change the image background from white to transparent?
How do I get my you have xx in your shopping cart to display on each page?
How do I expand my categories similar to: http://www.harmonymuseumshop.com/ ?
My shop can be found at: http://www.mwlist.com/shop/
Thank you for your help.

A few "How do I" questions...
You can use your search engine to find out about core fonts...
http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Core_fonts_for_the_Web
These basic fonts usually come with your operating system as defaults. Any extra and fancy fonts would need to be downloaded / purchased. There are I believe a few more which are native to Mac which can be included in the list of basic web fonts too.
Beware that only the fonts which are common to all computers will show up, and for the time being, until HTML5 kicks in, any fancy fonts would have to be turned into images to show up properly, or elaborated with little applications such as CC's Web site Font http://www.coffeecup.com/website-font/. Even so, you would not be able to use these in the creation of your basic store details...though perhaps in the extra pages and html box input it might be possible.
If you make your image about 500px x 500px you would have no white background showing. There is no way at present to make background image transparent.
I believe that the shopping cart shows up on every page in some templates but not in others, so this would be down to the choice of your template. See this store of mine for instance...the cart shows up in the left hand column on every page.

The same applies to the expanding categories...this will depend on the template you choose. I don't remember the different ones available, but I am pretty certain that some have menus behaving in this way.
