Hi everyone, I am trying to find out if there is a shopping cart builder that has a feature available to allow a customer to custom design things. For example, if I sold tee shirts, the customer could select the color and type of shirt they want, then upload their own picture or choose from stock graphics. They could place the image where they wanted and have the option to add text if they desired.

There is no such thing in shopping cart creator. You can use the Web Form Builder and build a form that can collect this information but it will be a separate action and will not pull in information from the shopping cart.
