I would think that would be in designer as creator is meant to basically only be for adding content and designer for design changes.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can mess with most of the sizing except for the main size of the entire layout which has only the 2 sizes at this time. There's a lot of settings, and to be honest half of them don't do nothing for me at all and some don't do what I think they should LOL, but play with it and you'll get it worked out, and once you do you'll be set to go :)
