Here is the way I've overcome that problem in the past
Click the Windows Start menu.
Open Control Panel.
Open the Regional and Language Options dialog box.
Click the Customize this Format (I think it's Regional settings in Windows 98 if anyone still has this)
Open it and scroll down to List separator
Type a new separator in the List separator box. (Replace , with ","
Click OK twice.
Good to go

I had to reteach myself this several times as I never used it that often and forgot how to do it between times. I'd suggest you do it a few times to give the smart brain in your mouse hand a chance to learn and retain it.
Good Luck and I really hope this works as I'm going to need it too myself in a couple of days.
Scott what version of excell are you using maybe this is my problem because I could import your file but as soon as I made a change and saved it I get the column errors:

I have used Numbers, Excel 2008 and 2010 as well as Google Documents. All seem to work for me.

You can add Open Office 3 as well, opens the files without problem.
Any luck David getting your csv file to work?

You need a new hobby David.
The CSV file worked fine for me. No errors at all. I did have to update it again to remove the image references so I could import it.
Attached is the updated one.
