I have uploaded to my server's root directory no problem. What file or files do I use to to display the shopping cart for customers to use. I have looked at the data. I do see the index.php, etc... but not sure why this is not working to display. I used godaddy hosting and it does support php. Please advise.

Can you share a link to where you uploaded your shop?
It should be what ever you setup within the shopping cart so something like http://mydomain.com/shop/
