Hello all, the only thing I can't get to work after the upgrade from SCC to SCCPro is the Google checkout module. I get the following error after clicking the Google checkout button:
Error parsing XML; message from parser is: The element type "checkout-shopping-cart" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "".
I have entered my Google merchant ID and Google merchant key. They are the same as I had in SCC and it was working then.
Anyone else have this problem?

I forgot some information,
I have version 3.8, Build 3778. I am downloading the latest version right now. After looking through the forums I should have done this first to see if it works.

I am not sure what that issue is, but I will have our developers look into this first thing. If you can, open a support ticket ASAP and send us FTP info and we can connect to your system and figure out the cause of this issue.

I'll do it Scott,
I have a new problem after installing version 3.8, Build 3803.
It keeps telling me to upgrade the theme in CC SCDPro which I have done several times now.
Inside SCDPro the Downgrade option is available but the Upgrade option is grayed out which tells me the theme I am using has been upgraded to Pro. I have exported the theme from SCDPro to SCCPro and I get the same results. It was working fine with version 3.8, Build 3778.
I have rebooted.

What is going on here is the "My Themes" list automatically selects the first theme and if it was designed for SCC Basic, you get that alert. We are going to switch this so that the alert will only appear when you select a theme and click OK. What you can do now is either remove that basic theme or in SCD make sure to save and overwrite the older theme.

Thanks Scott, I tried to publish my store and it worked so the problem isn't as bad as I thought. I posted my Google checkout problem in the My Support area. I hope that's where it goes for a support ticket.

Hey Scott, it appears the latest build (3.8, Build 3803) fixed the problem. I had a shopping cart opened from ver 3.8, Build 3778 and it wouldn't go to Google checkout. After I published the store with the latest build I opened a new browser and it worked. I went back to the old shopping cart from the previous build and it didn't work. I'll let the Support team know.
I also upgraded all of the "My themes" and the upgrade needed box quit coming up.

I don't even get a google checkout option in the new SCCPro....I liked having google checkout and paypal checkout (in my store built with the last (non-pro) version. How do I get google checkout in my new pro-designed store?

Google Checkout is built-into SCC Pro. Just enable that payment type and then configure it.
