I work for a manufacturer who sells to wholesalers and distributors. We do not sell online but want to display our products as a form of online catalog so that customers can get ideas and inquire.
Is there a way I can disable pricing, the actual cart, and other purchasing options so I can simply display the products and perhaps have links to an order form?

Yes, there is that option in Shopping Cart Creator Pro. Just go to Your Shop > General and change to "Publish as catalog". You will then need to add a simple form to each product page.

I'm not seeing that option on the trial download. Should it be there? Or is that something I will only see if I purchase the software?

I do not see that option as you show it... I see Cart Navigation and then Currency Options. There is no "Publish As" in between - is there something I'm missing? Do I need to already start publishing it for that option to appear?

Are you sure you have Shopping Cart Creator Pro installed? This is not a feature found in Shopping Cart Creator BASIC.
