Gene, you are getting responses in your support tickets in under 10 minutes. This is not a Live Chat. I have asked you for the same information 3 times now. The longer you take to give us the information you need, the longer it will take to help you out.
Also, do you really think we took time out of our day to change the phone answering machine message? Really?
