Hi Brian,
I have found a thread.
It looks like I need to upgrade to the latest version of the shopping cart.
One or two people had a problem last year.
I think it is related to PHP version 5.4?

That would be correct Baz. Simply download the newest copy of the software and reupload your shop and all will be well in the world again.
