There was a rumour going round that you guys shout 'mansion' rather than house when playing bingo... lol :D

At this late stage in the game, rather than committting to an exact date for release, a vague progress update in a format that wouldn't give any advantage to your competitors would perhaps pay dividends.

Like many of the other folks that run businesses, I hate to lose customers and whilst appreciating that software development is akin to the length of an unknown piece of string, just a little more communication along the lines of "we have been working on clearer screenshots this week to make the manual easier to use" etc wouldn't go amiss. Anything that helps to retain your existing customer base whilst finalising the program has to be a good thing for Coffeecup.

Whilst losing the odd impatient customer through a protracted development cycle is inevitable, I'd hate to see that trickle turn into a flood after all the hard work you guys have put into this venture. Use the 'waiting' time constructively and stay in touch. That is all that folks are really asking.

Hi Scott,
I know you've recapped the new feature in this post before. It's like looking for a golden egg on a website at this point :). Could you recap the new feature again?

Thanks!!!

I bet CC never again announces a product that hasn't yet been released. :D
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

1) On behalf on BINGO players everywhere I resent that remark.

2) What do you actually play, then? Ludo?

Well . . . well . . .

For some reason my laptop has decided to not let me access www.coffeecup.com from our home wireless connection. I guess it decided I was spending too much time waiting for SCCP to drop.

I am assuming my laptop will no longer bring up www.blogger.com for the same reason!;)

(Seriously, any thoughts on "why" from the comp geeks here. I've used three different scans to clean, defrag, debug, and de-everything else I can think of. I've removed all useless software and my registry is so clean you could eat off of it! I think I am going to update my browser next, I'm not sure what version I am using.)

So, I am using my office computer right now, hoping against hope, that SCCP had dropped and I had missed it!

Seriously, I have a lot of OOAK goods stacking up that I can't list in SSC. It's hard to even keep reformatting my 500+ photos from retangular to square without losing interest . . .

Just another finger-tapping customer . . .

Awesome!

I recently purchased the 'everything' package of your software. I'm hoping that this product will be made available to me under that purchase.

Might I be so lucky???

Those purchases do not give you free licenses for future products we make. If we did that, we would never have money for our Red Bull frig ;)

Have you tried connecting to those sites with a different computer but on the same network? This will help you rule out if it is a computer or network problem.

My laptop connects to CC website through a wireless fine. Does someone else have admin privileges to your wireless? They may have done something as a joke..... I would have ;)

Actually, one of those is rather a rude word in the UK... :D
