I'm a new user but it seems to me that it would be nice to have a feature where you could save your shop and apply it to a new theme without having to rebuild it all over again so if you decide to switch to an entirely new theme or tweak your theme on Shopping Cart Designer Pro, you could simply apply your existing shop set up to the new theme.

Need more levels in category add in.....
I would love to be able to give out coupons.
any way we could incorporate that soon!

Whilst a customer account facility might be outside the scope of this software, how difficult is it to add a mailing list/customer sign up form?
With that in mind, offering the ability to have contact forms would be great too.
Been mentioned many times...but an ability to accept coupons would be great.
I'm still new to SCC so this might already be a feature....but the ability to not only have a Featured Products page but also a sales page and/or a new products page all running on the site at the same time.
Is there a reason you're limited in the number of customised pages that can be added to the site?
Having the option to remove the Categories page would be nice.
Having an option to have two sets of navigation menu's going across the top and going down on the right/left of the site. I'm making a site where that would have been really useful - I wanted the categories going across the top and the other page links on the side.
I'll be back with more no doubt.
Sorry if it seems like I'm complaining...SCC is really good for what it currently is...glad I paid attention to Coffee Cup's last newsletter on the product.

You can add forms using the HTML Tool by creating the forms with the already popular and very compatible Form Builder by CoffeeCup. It can make you some pretty awesome forms and you can insert them anywhere you like on the pages, detail pages, etc. This makes for some great forms for newsletter signups etc.

SCC Pro is a great product.
A suggestion. I've noticed that the URLs in the store are generic. It would be cool to make use of the mod_rewrite capability to create more descriptive URLs. I know this would put the onus on the shop owner to ensure the mod_rewrite is enabled in the server as well as making the appropriate changes to .htaccess. If you made it an option then shop owners could choose to use it or not.
Thanks.

I wish SCC pro had more design ability. Like combining it with VSD. Only being able to add text to some pages is pretty lame. Still I love CC and it is better than alternatives!

That is what Shopping Cart Designer is for.
Learn the essentials with these quick tips for Responsive Site Designer, Responsive Email Designer, Foundation Framer, and the new Bootstrap Builder. You'll be making awesome, code-free responsive websites and newsletters like a boss.
Some items on my wishlist:
-
Allow for formatting of text. (center, left, right, etc)
To show the whole web page that we are working on, not just the main content section. WSIWYG.
Make the pages fluid, instead of fixed width..
Allow a new template to be applied to an exiting site, without re-doing it.
Ability to add photos any place on a page.
Be able to add text or image boxes/frames anywhere.
To NOT have the product buttons tied to the Categories button. I have renamed the Categories button, but in the 'breadcrumbs' it is shown before the product. Also when I mouse-over a product button in the nav bar, the one that used to be the categories button lights up also.
The option to add different nav buttons - ie-use our own that we've made. (Hey, I'm an artist - what can I say?)
