Okay, I see 2 problems. The first is that you host with HostGator and they were recently bought out and have moved everything to 'other' servers. Other users in the forum have had nothing good to say about HostGator since the move. They seem to be having a variety of problems.

That said. Look on your hard drive for this file. It will be in the folder where you saved your shop. /shop/ccdata/php/servertest.php

Upload just that file to your public_html folder. Then type https://minerva-gallery.com/servertest.php
See what it ways about 'permissions'.

Just noticed something else too. You have https so I am assuming you have SSL?
Just want to check that in your server settings in SCCP, are you using FTPS over SSL? Or are you using HTTPS with port 443? Have you tried both?

Edit: Just found this . . .
Endurance International Group, Inc. (EIG), formerly BizLand, now owns HostGator.

Customers of host companies that have been bought by EIG are usually sent an email advising of a server upgrade when in fact they are transferring their sites to their platform. This often results in site owners noticing their websites performing much slower. Complainants are advised of ways to speed up their sites using caching etc.

Your choice, but I'd look for a new host. Just sayin' . . .

Yes, I have EV SSL with Comodo. You maybe right about Host Gator. I just switched to them not to long ago. They do not want to seem to help much either.

I tried both those settings in SCCP and it would not let me. I had it on FTP.

Did the other test you mentioned and this is what it says

CoffeeCup Shopping Cart Server Validator for PRO version.

Server Configuration
Url to reach site : "minerva-gallery.com".
Web server software: Apache
PHP seems to be installed as CGI.
Guest operating system: Linux.
PHP Version
OK - installed version of PHP on this server is: 5.2.17.
PHP Extensions
OK - found all PHP features needed to run the cart scripts.
Session Data
OK - successfully wrote and read session data.
Connectivity with PayPal
OK - successfully contacted the PayPal server.
Connectivity with Google Checkout
OK - successfully contacted the Google Checkout server.
Maximum Execution Time Allowed
OK - server allows scripts to run for 30 seconds.
File Structure
WARNING - File './page.cls.php' does not exist or is significantly smaller than expected. This may not be a problem, test the functioning of your shop itself. This test is not reliable on servers that are not Linux/Unix (see test on PHP version if this may be the case).
Writable Directory Test
WARNING - Could not open './../store/test.tmp' for writing. Some Shopping Cart Creator Pro functionality (e.g. the stock control) and some payment gateways (all except PayPal and Google Checkout) depend on being able to store data on the server. You should not ignore this warning
Mail Configuration
OK - path to Sendmail is: /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i
Finished testing.

I would open a support topic and ask CoffeeCup. Those 2 warnings towards the end may be your problem but they mention SCCP and you have SCC. Unless you posted in the wrong forum. Are you using the 'pro' version? If so, then I would still open a support topic and ask CoffeeCup. Looks like either your shop is corrupt or there is a problem with permissons on your server not letting you write files. See what CoffeeCup says, then please post back and let us know in case someone else has a similar problem.

I would also ask about uploading to a server with SSL. I would not think FTP would do it, but I may be wrong.

OK, yes I have the pro version. I did not notice this was only for the regular version. I will see what they say. Thank you!

Cool! Let us know if it goes all the way! I just looked up that Comodo Free SSL and it looks pretty good, for 90 days. What's it cost after 90 days?
