Downloaded the trial version - very easy to use!
A few glitches perhaps:
If you type in a Retail Price (say, 50), then a Discount amount (75), and THEN click the "Apply as %" box, you get an error that there's a negative Your Price amount. I worked around that by deleting the price info and starting again with the box already clicked.
I seem to be unable to create Optional Fields under More Options... I want to be able to note "Condition" of items, but each time I try to create the field and ADD it nothing ever 'sticks' in the box so that I can use it.
I've tried to add some descriptive text to the Shop Home page, and when I preview the home page the lines of text run together as a continuous line vs. the breaks I've added between the lines. I also want to center my text. I've tried using HTML code by pressing the HTML button while editing... doesn't seem to flow the code properly (e.g., maintain font size from line to line - like DIV, center, p, br, etc.)
I use FireFox and IE.

Oh... one more thing...
When I do a shop preview and click on images to enlarge them, there's no CLOSE or back button displayed in the large image in order to get back to the item. Is that just an issue with the preview mode?

The error message is coming as a result of you putting the 75 in BEFORE you select the apply as % box... This would be correct behavior of the software.
Not sure why you wouldn't be able to add that optional field info. I tried it, put "condition" in 'Label Option #1' field and clicked the + sign under the large box. I then entered 4 options seperated by | which is what the pop up box directs.

What Phil said is correct. I also had no problems adding an optional field called "Condition". First click the green plus sign and type Condition. Then you click in the cells below and just type what you want to go in there.

Oops, sorry about the double post (Fe )... Vista was acting up and showing no progress on the bar.
WOW! Imagine that, I just found the "delete post" option. Either I've been upgraded or my eyes just opened up

Optional fields *does* work, as you say -- many thanks for your patience and kind input. Guess I had my sequencing wrong again. The "price" issue could be a bit cleaner so that novice users don't have to know to click the percent box *before* entering a discount amount... that's not necessarily intuitive :-)
Here is an image of a screenshot showing what I see when I click on an item image during shop preview in FireFox to see the image enlarged (note that there's no CLOSE or BACK option for the enlarged image -- perhaps it's only the preview mode that doesn't offer this?):

The close option showed for me in the 'preview' mode. As well as the back and forward arrows.
As far as the price issue. The only time this is an issue is just as you say, when you have a percent that is higher than the dollar amount. However, if you close the message box and click the "apply as %" box again it will correct the application and mathematics.

I just installed the 3.6 version and I'm having some troubles. using the florescent dusk theme it now says "SHOP HOME" instead of just "HOME" like it used too and also it's automatically installing some kind of strange logo! It looks like a backwards J and an 8 or something. Why? How do I get rid of that?
Here's a link to my test shop: http://spiritofsurvival.net/shop/
And I should only be charging tax on sales that come from Florida. I installed all states and have them all zero except for Florida. when I put an item in the cart to test it it already had tax on it - how does it know I am in Florida if I haven't even let the cart know that information yet? this leads me to believe it will charge tax to everyone. Not clear on how this works.
Please help with that weird logo and the tax issue. Thank you!
