Cool - Thanks. They had the wrong session path... works now.

One last question. do you know why my hyperlinks are not hyperlinks on the cart pages? I used the hyperlink button in the UI to create it:

You did not use the Add URL icon to insert the link, you just pasted in the URL http://www.slyfoxart.com/cakepaninfo.html

You need to click on the icon "Add URL" and then paste in your Website.

?????? Actually I DID use Add URL.... but I will delete it and try again. It is on almost all of my items and used Add URL every time. and pasted the link into the UI for add URL.

I am using this because I need to have fields where a user can provide input as we are an engraving shop as you can see. I plan to build forms so that they can provide this extra info. Will the new Cart Designer have such fields - for user text input - like a names or initials? Also I need more label fields than two.

Thanks for you help

FYI - I did go back and change the font size and set it to BOLD. would this have screwed it up?

Yes, adding bold, italics etc will remove the link function causing it to only appear as text.

Unfortunately I am still having issues with the links. I pasted in the link in the URL dialog, and it still won't link. I did not mess with the fonts or anything. What am missing?

When I looked a moment ago, the link was still added as text and not a link. What I suggest you try is this.

1. Remove the link
2. Save and upload
3. Right after the word "lid." hit the return key a few times.
4. Click the Add URL toolbar icon and paste in your url.
5. Save and upload.

Followed your instructions to the letter... still did not work. :(
So I went with an alternative plan.... If you can think of anything else to try, I am all ears.
