What about under other products? Does it work there or does this happen anytime you place a link on your page?

I tried this on several product pages and I cannot seem to get a link to work anywhere. Very strange because I believe what you say that it should work... just not understanding why not on my site. Anyway... I m out of the Country right now but will be back this weekend. I may try again then.

I just tried your shop here and it added an item to the cart for me.

I think we are talking about something else now. I can add to the cart fine now... that was a server setting issue that got resolved. What I was talking about was adding a link to aproduct. That still doesn't work om site. I have them all removed now because I couldn't get them to work no matter what I tried. I now have the customer returning back to my site to get the extra information that was going to be in the link.

So you are saying that on any page, not just the one, you can't add links of any kind?

Have you tried as a test to make a new shop, add just one product and see if you can add a link that way?

We have never had this sort of issue reported before, so I don't know what the exact issue is off hand. This will be a bit of trial and error until we can narrow down the problem. Maybe quicker for you to just open a support ticket so we can get more specific data.
