Thank you all. I have just spent 30 minutes going round and round with them again. I finally was directed to another person who explained the whys of secured processing. After a few minutes of her explanations, I directed her to my website to take a look for herself. Only then did she understand what I've been trying to tell them - no payment information is taken on my website. And to top it off, I did go ahead a week ago and get my website SSL certified (now, I realize for no reason). She said they've never seen shopping cart software work like this.

From what I installed the other day, I don't think I'll have any further problems. I was able to get to an error message because the CoffeeCup HTML posted to their "regular" processing server vs the "test" processing server.

Thanks again for those that helped - I wish I could have directed the Merchant Services personnel right to you guys!!

No problem. I'm glad you got it working. :)

That's funny because CC SCC is included in their Certified Solution Directory.

Just to clarify, that was said by the Merchant Services people (Electronic Payments), not authorize.net. EPI is my existing merchant services contractor so I wanted to make it easy and have all my CC transactions handled in one place. They are resellers of authorize.net so I figured it would make it easier on me to have them handle it. They did give me a good quote so maybe it was worth all that aggravation. Lynn

This is similar to the problem Bill Sharkey was having. Two things are different. (1) I am entering the API number and Transaction Key in the right places, checking and going back and making sure they haven't changed. (2) I am still on the trial version. I get probably the same error message Bill got: "The following errors have occurred. (123) This account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request." I swear it cannot be because I've done the API data wrong. In fact, I've done this on two occasions. Could it not be working because I'm on the trial version of Shopping Cart Creator?
Thanks for your help.
