I am trying to upload some changes to my shopping cart.
I haven't made changes in a long, long time and I have changed to a new laptop.
I transferred the shop files to my new laptop and everything loads in fine.
When I go to upload it to my server it appears to upload fine but when I go to check it at the url, nothing has changed.
I cleared the cache and everything is still the same.
I hover over the link to where it should be and the right link appears.
I check the file with an ftp client and the files appear to be there.
I deleted the entire directory off of my URL and it still shows the same old cart when I look at the url again.
very frustrating.

How did you delete the site off the server? If you deleted it, it should not be there.

Now that sounds good in theory, but I checked all the directories and deleted every instance where I found Healixir_Retail_Shop-server, which is what I use for the shop. but when I bring it up from the url it is still there.

I have tried uploading the new version to:
/public_html/Healixir_Retail_Shop-server/ as well as
/Healixir_Retail_Shop-server

The results are the same.
Very perplexing.

What is the url to your shop?

My menu link points to http://www.healixir.net/Healixir_Retail … /index.php
The link on my url is from the homepage menu. Link says "Shop Now"

The direct link to the homepage without stopping at the index.html is
www.healixir.net/homepage.html

This is extremely frustrating.
Even after deleting every folder I could find on my site that was a shop file it still comes up.
How can this be?

I am totally baffled.

I would dbl check your ftp settings because I see a shop that was last updated Dec 22 2012

I think you are somewhat right in that.
Somehow the files are not showing an error so they are going somewhere but I have to figure out where.

I figured out the problem thanks to your clues.
I have a couple more issues but they are not program related. They are where things are type of issues.
I messed up my logo on the beta template but I will figure that out.

How do I set the local folder to save the actual files? Its been a while since I used this and I can't find a simple entry area to specify the local folder.
