Two problems with categories: Every time I delete one it adds another one. Also I cannot highlight and delete a category with naming it first. This doesn't seem right. I'm getting frustrated.

No it doesn't sound right. Maybe try uninstalling, do a registry clean and reinstall with a freshly downloaded copy.

Yea, that does not sound right at all. If you have not had problems in the past with deleting your items and you all of a sudden do now, it sounds like something might have gone corrupt. Try uninstall and reinstall as Tass suggested and hopefully that will fix the problem.
