I made a shopping cart for an animal health company with hundreds of products and just added 3 more recently. I made the 3 new ones featured items on the shopping cart home page but the images will only display as links. When you click on the link it goes into the product description and then you can click the link again and it will display the picture in the popup. Anyone know why the pictures are not displaying correctly? They show up fine when I use the shopping cart preview but when viewed online with both firefox and IE8 they dont. I checked it out on multiple computers. The link is http://www.shirksanimalhealth.com/Shop/ … index.php. Not sure what I did wrong.
The images aren't being found. I tried to view the image directly by pasting the location in the url field and it couldn't be found. Perhaps delete the cart from the server and re-upload?

Hiya Mitch, To get the images to show you need to adjust the settings for that on the Your Shop settings. Click the Your Shop button up top and then navigate to the following area and set it up as follows:

The images are showing as broken images.

I get a 404 for the whole site so I guess I can't help much there lol.
Sorry Tom, I didn't realize that the links were bad, I posted about the same time you did, but the difference in mintues was me making a screenshot lol.

Don't worry, Joann. It's a good day, I won't bite your head off.
If you delete everything after the dot com, you can nav to the cart.

I'm not sure why the cart is displaying those new ones as only link, but perhaps someone might have an idea if they view the cart. Strip the index.php off of the given link, and you can enter your shop
http://www.shirksanimalhealth.com/Shop/Shirks_Animal_Health_Supply_Store-server/
the images seem to be hosted properly at
http://www.shirksanimalhealth.com/Shop/Shirks_Animal_Health_Supply_Store-server/ccdata/images/
BTW, looking in your /Shop directory, there are also store images in a folder in a folder called
http://www.shirksanimalhealth.com/Shop/Shirksonlinestore_files/images/
perhaps these are from an earlier upload, and may be extraneous.

Mitch, when you uploaded the shop did you do it via the program or did you do it manually in an FTP program? It's not finding any of the images that the cart itself would use, only those for the popup views. If you did this with the cart I would suggest deleting the entire shop and reuploading it again to see if it will redo it correctly. Sometimes if something gets uploaded wrong it will mess up future uploads. Takes a little longer to do this again and I apologize that I'm even having to suggest this, but it would be what my next step would be to try.

Yep, I deleted the shop and reloaded it. Now everything is fine. Thanks everyone for all the helpful information.
