I am loving the new Shopping Cart builder but am not really liking too many of the templates that it comes with for the main reason that none of them look like the design that I'm implementing on my site from basic color to look and feel of the main site design...is there an easy way to go in and customize the colors used and set the top logo image to have my banner instead of the auto-text that is generated from the info you type into the program?? Also, I have a custom made "Add to Cart" image that I'd like to use...hmmm...
Other than this I love it already - easy easy easy to use and understand AND generates very clean looking pages!
I said it before and I'll say it again...CoffeeCup rocks!

At this time, Shopping Cart Creator works with the provided styles. However, if you're familiar with CSS and HTML, you can edit the styles in program like CoffeeCup HTML Editor or directly on your server using the Code Editor in CoffeeCup Direct FTP.
We are also working on a new program, Shopping Cart Styler, an equally intuitive application that will allow you to modify your shop with such options as applying custom color schemes, styling text, and customizing backgrounds. No coding required, of course! Drop us a note if you're interested in joining the beta program.
Note: Any manual changes made to the styles outside of Shopping Cart Creator are not supported at this point.

Like I said in another post I think that could be enough to ad the editor used in the item detail block to the Shop home, I'm sure there will be a lot of work saved for you and for us.
I edited the css and default images on the server i use and it matches my site perfectly. I am not a rocket scientist either LOL i just know little about code

Yes can you also add me to that list as well
I was able to create a custom style to be able to work on locally instead of on the server so I preview it first but it is more tedious than it has to be. I took the closest stock template to what I wanted and duplicated it in the styles folder and re-named it (I believe it needs the _files in the name but not sure). I then took the corresponding .xml file opened it and changed the file locations to the new folder. I use Dreamweaver and had to save to a different folder as I got a message that said I didn't have permission to save in the CoffeeCup styles folder. I save it with the same name of the new style folder I created outside of the CoffeeCup program folder to be used as a work folder. Then I copied it to the styles folder. I unzipped the ziprelated.zip file to the work folder. I can now change/edit images and css files. The tedious part is that when I am ready to implement the changes I have to zip the css, images and js folders back into a file named ziprelated and copy that to the custom style I created earlier and replace the existing.
Will this future Style Editor program be something we have to purchase or will it be implemented into Shopping Cart?

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
