Thanks Scott, but there are others mentioning the same problem as me in this forum. Right now CC say it is Paypal and PayPal say it is my shopping cart.
All I know is that I am using nothing else. It has to be one of the two parties and yet each is blaming the other. I am pleased to see that after being out of IT for 5 years, nothing has changed. Two parties involved and it is always the other person' s problem.
End result unhappy Paypal user and unhappy CC user and all my customers unhappy as well.
Perhaps the next strategy is to put an apology to all my customers on the website, if I do not get their goods out immediately and tell them that Paypal and Coffee Cup cannot sort out where my problem lies?
And don't worry Scott, Paypal are getting the same response. Glad all my years as a CIO are not put to waste.

Scott you may be out of the loop, but the only thing that has changed on our website is to replace Paypal generated payment button with what seems to be a far better solution for shopping cart, Coffee Cup. This is the only change....ergo it has to be the cause of the problem.
I am willing to bet any money at all that if I remove the CC shopping cart and merely replace it with the Paypal button I generated on Paypal, I will instantly get email notifications. No other changes.

Are you saying go to Basic? or telling me the post is in the wrong area? Until the beginning of last week I received emails from Paypal and until today I received emails from Paypal on my NZ website. Now nothing and I need to log in to see the payments made. i receive every other email from Paypal. Just not the ones made through CC.
Neither just saying if your using Pro, have you set the inventory option, and added the paypal identity tocken
Scott made an issue about if this is not set other parts of the cart may be affected, Now i may have miss understood him, because he was referring at the time specifically to the fact I had not set it, as i dont want to use invetory tracking anyway
Just occured to me that most people using pro will automatically use the option, so fault would not occur
and yet you may like me have overlooked its necessity

I have not set inventory yet as I didn't want to, however I do have the Paypal identity token set. I am just about at the end of my tether as I am being shunted back and forth without any solution even being raised. Too much finger pointing so far.
However the apology on my website will I am sure get the parties trying to help me find a solution.

Yes the customer gets their email and the payment is logged within Paypal. Only thing missing is that little email in my inbox telling me a customer has made a payment. Always received these prior to the implementation of CC. Just cannot see any other change that has affected this at all.

Might be worth checking you hosting account emails as well my reason set out below (unlikely BUT)

Followed shortly afterwards by my email re-directs going missing of my Cpanel account
My hosting company swore blind it could not have been anything to do with them, but i proved it was and discovered some other Justhost.com customers had a similar problem
