I am starting my shop within my website, at www.cibersu.pt, and got one error with the PayPal checkout that I would appreciate some ideas on what it means and how can I solve it. The error is:

Sorry, it is wrong, of course:
www.cibersur.pt
is the correct url;
it is in portuguese...but click on the left button saying "Consulte os nossos preços" and you will be in the shopping cart.

Nice page.
Try to check all the customization, maybe when you have done it some misspelling happens at Paypal instructions.

Se calhar quando passou e alterou o style fez alguma alteração em alguma linha que afectou a instrução que vai para o PayPal. Presumo que tenha testado as funções todas antes de ter feito as alterações. Eu fiz algumas alterações também á minha página mas não mexi em nada relacionado com o Paypal.

I have already checked almost evrything and cannot find any cause - obviouslly I translated only text and messages, caring even to avoid using special portuguese characters were they were giving errors...
Is it possible that, as I am using the Paypal european servers, that there is a sligtly different way to connect to them ?

Appreciate any comments.
I will today make a full implementation of the cart all in it's original files in english, to countercheck this aspect, and keep you informed.
I could not do this test upfront because Paypal took me a long time asking step by step for further documentation, before my account was fully operational.

Just to be on the safe side, I have done the following:
1. use your test page and got all communications going right, including of course the connection with PayPal servers,
2. last test was to create a new shop, just a test sshopping cart with only one item, and of course PayPal credentials inserted, and then try to pay for that item...which give the same error as before - very quick stating "Failure / fded6b7f6a713 / no version ?? / error number: 10001 / Internal Error / Timeout processing request".
Give me your opinion - is now safe to say that I am not doing errors ? In this test I used ONLY your software in English, with nothing else added but my PayPal credentials.
What can I be doing wrong ?
