Pictures of items not showing - Page...

I just upgraded to the new version and I am having a problem with pictures of items not showing properly. If you have an item that has 3 pictures, the first (main) one shows, but the two others are not available for showing like in the previous version.

Anyone has ideas?

Thank you

I was looking at your cart trying to find a product with multiple images, but I can't seem to find any. Also, it looks like you have made quite a few changes outside of the software. It could be that something got tweaked that should not have. Can you post a url directly to the product that you are having this problem with?

Hello

Goto "Shop for products" then choose "SOG" then choose "SOG Agency (Black TiNi)". This item has 3 pictures in the "creator" but only one is showing.

As for changes..... I only change the css file to disply the color and the founts I wanted.

Scott send me your email and I will send you the .ZIP of my store so you can see.

Because you made changes outside of the software, it will be very difficult for me to support you, but I will try. I would actually want you to try uploading your shop again, but save it to a different folder using one of the built in themes. This way we can test the shop exactly how our software generated it and allow me to rule out a few other factors.

Just go to: http://www.westerntrader.com/shop/index.php

Nothing is changed other than the color of the background and the fonts...

I need to see the shop generated by our software. Because you made custom changes, I have to rule out that you did not accidentally make any mistakes.

Scott THIS IS THE SHOP generated by your software. The only thing that is changes is in the CSS directory, the default.css is change to show my background color. The last time I had trouble with the software (not being able to upload....do you remember about 7 months ago) the same default .css was being used.

The last time I had problems, I gave you a my password and everything you needed, but I am sorry to say it, I have the same problem about uploading. I solve the situation by buying an other piece of software called FTP Voyager. So please get over the default.css,

I know you may think this is a small issue, but until I can see the shop created 100% by our software, I can't provide any insight to what the problem is because you are doing things outside of our software.

If you can't upload with Shopping Cart Creator, upload the shop using whatever FTP software you are currently using. Once you do that, post the URL and I can take a look.

Scott I am just shaking my head. I am surprise by your absolute refusal to even look. What a waste of time. Goto: http://www.westerntrader.com/scott/index.php

Once you try it you will see that it does not work. NOW try the files on http://www.westerntrader.com/shop/index.php and they do not either. That is because they are the same!

Thank you

I took the same theme you are using and put it on my site, and I see still a few differences between mine and yours.

Yours:
http://www.westerntrader.com/Scott/view … ductid=157

Mine:
http://hotsync.net/camera/viewitem.php? … roductid=0

Just look a the navigation on the left and the footer. They are different (I have no dashes at the bottom of my footer).

Also, for your images, there are some other problems to note:

Yours:
<a href="viewitem.php?groupid=38&amp;productid=196">
<img class="thumbnail" src="ccdata/images/smallMain_38_196.jpg"
alt="Cold Steel KUKRI MACHETE w/SHEATH Image"></a>

Mine:
<a href="ccdata/images/imageMain_0_0.jpg"
id="scs_productdetails_imagefull_link" class="colorbox cboxelement"
rel="detail-images"><img id="scs_productdetails_imagefull"
src="ccdata/images/smallMain_0_0.jpg"
alt="Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III Image"></a>

Note that on yours, the class=colorbox cboxelement is missing. This is why the images are not popping up when you click on that.

It also appears you did not upload all of the JavaScript files. If you go to http://www.westerntrader.com/Scott/js/suckerfish.js you get a 404 error for example.

At this point I am not sure if you are using an old theme or making other manual changes. I would suggest making sure you have the latest version of the theme from our Website, re-save your shop in that version and re-upload to another folder so we can compare.
