I can't seem to add new products. I've highlighted the category, I've right clicked, used the left icon and used the add products under actions. What is wrong. Please help.

How many products do you currently have in your shop now? The maximum is around 1200.

I only have about 6.-- 2 in one category and 4 in another.

perhaps your file has been corrupted somehow, especially in light of your other issues as well. Try uninstalling, doing a registry clean and reinstall with a freshly downloaded copy.

Back up your shop files in another folder first though.
