I can't seem to get our cart uploaded.

It uploads partially then I get an error:
"an error occurred while uploading full1_0_12.jpg' Please try again"

I have tried again and it uploaded to this point and then I got the message again but with the 'full1_17.jpg'

So tried for the 3rd time but then got a message that the firewall might be blocking it and to try passive mode. I have had the passive mode box checked all along.

any ideas?

Do you have any firewalls or anti-virus applications running?

Yes, I have AVG and then the built in windows firewall. I don't shut down avg to upload a website with CC. Is it different with the shopping cart?

I thought the message about the firewall might be blocking was just because I had tried 3 times right in a row to upload.

It is worth a shot to see if turning it off helps any.

I did not shut off the AVG but just waited about 30 minutes and then tried again and this time it finally went all the way thru and uploaded just fine. Don't know what the hiccups were but glad to get it up. It took 3-4 tries --can't remember for sure. I did use the passive mode. Thanks Scott for the help,

One question though ------ I purchased an item and checked it out. After purchase I was brought back to the shopping cart -- which is fine but it looked like I had not completed check out. The item was in the cart and the message to go to checkout was still at the top of the cart.

I can delete items in the cart just fine at this point, but will customers think they hadn't paid yet? My purchase went thru completely. All looks fine but this ---------when it returns you to the cart and the items are still there in the cart.

anyone know why it does this?
