Paypal call it standard and ipn in uk

Our designers have confirmed that a top navigation version of this theme was overlooked when we redesigned them to work in conjunction with the new Shopping Cart Designer. Hopefully they will have an update soon that offers that option again.

I have tried both ways and it still works for me here. I am not required to create an account. One thing to check, you may have logged into PayPal on that computer before so you could have a cookie set by PayPal. Try deleting all your cookies and try again.

Deleted all the cookies, but sadly still no joy Scott.

Only thing I can put it down to at the moment, is that I am exporting the shop for upload via the file menu. Still working fine with version 3.5 but not with version 3.6 for some reason, as still getting sent to the 'wrong' PayPal page. I am currently running on Xampp 1.6.7 development environment.

Have just changed hosting providers after one of their employees put malicious code on their servers, so will not have a live site to test it out on, till the new dns location has propogated in the next day, or so.

I'll have a try at a few other things to attempt to resolve it.

I think the problem is the name of your shop is too long and it is breaking the style. Try shortening it and see if that helps. I just sent you a personal e-mail with a link to my test shop using the same theme and it looks ok to me here.

Here is the url it is going to Scott.
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/websc … f2ee34f0a1

Have now tried this on three separate systems, with two separate downloads of version 3.6, just to exclude that possibility. Two of the systems are running XP SP2 and the other Windows 2000 SP4. Same tale for all three, version 3.5 no problems, version 3.6 to 'wrong' PayPal page every time. I know I am using development environment and exporting the shop for upload, but 3.5 worked absolutely fine. What's changed?

I know it's a link to PayPal Scott ;)

My 'live' web space is not currently available, as I've already explained, I've just changed hosts and the new DNS address is still being propogated. Version 3.6 is on the php/linux IDE on my system, not live on the web, so there is no URL to point you to, other than C:\xampp\htdocs\New\shop, which is as much use to you as a chocolate teapot I know. :D There is something different in this version though as regards the PayPal checkout, for me to only have this problem occur with 3.6 and not 3.5?

Unfortunately there is no way for me to troubleshoot something that is offline. I need to see it in a working environment. Once your DNS updates, just post a link or open a support ticket and we can look into it further. I can confirm that a new shop created in 3.6 and one created in 3.5 work as they should with Website Payments Standard. Check your e-mail for a link I just sent you.

Thanks for the email Scott. I'll try it with a live site when my DNS allows me access.

Due to having multiple sites all my development work is done in the IDE and then uploaded using a separate ftp program, so I'm hoping it's not a conflict issue, otherwise I'll be back to version 3.5. :(

Thank you for your assistance today.
