Every time I try to publish my cart the software crashes.
It halts on the "uploading" screen then I get get "shoppingcart.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" and when i click "to see what this data error report contains click here" i get this:
EventType : BEX P1 : ShoppingCart.exe P2 : 0.0.0.0 P3 : 4981a68f
P4 : ShoppingCart.exe P5 : 0.0.0.0 P6 : 4981a68f P7 : 002a57a7
P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000
I have no idea what it means.. I am a fairly advanced web designer and just bought SCC as an easy way to quickly make shopping carts.
Anyway I have windows xp, service pack 3, amd x2 am2 processor, 2gb ram.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

Greg,
Please fill out a support request and we will get someone to help you out.
Learn the essentials with these quick tips for Responsive Site Designer, Responsive Email Designer, Foundation Framer, and the new Bootstrap Builder. You'll be making awesome, code-free responsive websites and newsletters like a boss.
I'm Having the same issue. I think you guys need to work overtime to fix this problem. I hope we can resolve these issue I don't want to file a complaint with the BBB. I paid a lot for your programs and now feeling ripe off. Im loosing money. Come on coffee cup lets get some support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
^^lol did you file a support request like the post says above yours? If not that might be a good first step.
Actually that was the exact support request we got from Jeff. I never understand why people have to threaten us with the BBB or that they have contacted the Attorney General. If you just e-mail us for help, we will do our best to fix it.
We are not that hard to reach and I like to think we are a pretty nice group of people.

To follow up - over the years I have had some issues pop up - even after paying and not gaining access to the software. The guys at Coffeecup have always been great at resolving problems. Just need to ask them.
And for all your help in the past: Thanks guys. Can I buy you a cup?

As a new customer I feel like you guys have done nothing but tried to figure this out even though it's the early stage. Customer service is excellent.. try getting this kind of support with one of the bigger companies... yeah right.
Yep got to add - always got loads of help - and pretty quickly too.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
