Is there a way to place some kind of form at the very end of of the purchase so that my customers can add specific details if needed? Also, Authorize.Net is it true that the cost for using them is $199?

Sorry but there is no way to accomplish that with the software. Eventually we will add a feature like that to SCC Pro.
There are many companies out there that resell Authorize.net services. I would suggest doing a bit of research to find the lowest prices out there first. There are some companies like http://www.freeauthnet.com/ offer services at a very low cost.

Why don't you put a message on the view cart page to tell the customer if you have questions or directions to email you.
I think you just click pages icon and then click the View Cart tab. There you can leave a message and use big fonts or such to get their attention.
That might get you by until they add a feature to SCC Pro.

Hiya Daniel,
Another option is what a few others are doing. Create a landing page (redirection page for after they leave the payment system) that contains a form and the message at the top would be to address IF they have any custom requirements for their order to please fill out the form...... Then have your form contain all your products that can be customized in a drop down list for them to choose from, and either drop downs for the options or blanks whichever is needed.
Have this page be your Thank You for your order type page, with the form options below the thank you message, that way you roll a few things together in one location for ease of use of your customers.

Jo Ann,
I thought about the possibility of putting a form on the My Cart page. But after the payment, would be better. However I am curious where these people are coming up with landing pages. I don't see in the cart where it allows you to select a landing page after payment.
I know that Paypal will allow you to redirect to a thank you page. Do the other payment options allow redirection to a thank you page after payment?

It's not in the cart Kim, it's in Paypal where you tell it what page you want it to go to after payment. Not sure about other payment options as I don't use any of them at this time.
