Hi
Using the trial version of shopping cart but it keeps freezing. Every couple of letters typed or every click on anything and it freezes, the egg timer appears and I have to wait a couple of minutes for it to work again.
Also when shopping cart is running - every other programme including web sites, emails everything is the same - a few letters and freezing.

Have you any ideas?

Think I have answered my own question.
The first time I saved my shopping cart I saved it to an external hard drive.

Then today I was working on it and it was autosaving to My Documents on my computer. I decided to move all the folders from the external hard drive to Mr Docs on my computer and it now seems to be working fine. Well for the time being anyway so we'll see how it goes.

Is there a fix for this problem at all? I had my shop saved on my server here at home and just had the cart software look for it there from which ever computer I was using at the time. But as Gaynor says the cart software freezes every minute or so for a few seconds locking the computer up.

I have since taken to copying the cart to the computer I am using at the time when changing it. Then when I am finished, I publish it to the web, then copy it back to the server. A bit of a pain.

Any ideas?
