Yeah, that would be my natural inclination, whenever something undesirable pops up!

Right now our entire development team has attempted to re-create the issue and it works just as it should for us. This tends to point to some sort of regional keyboard/os issue. We will just need more information from each user on what their system setup is. So far I think most users who have reported this are in the UK right?

I'm in the U.S. and am able to reproduce the problem and am using the latest release of SCC. It only seems to be the decimal point on the numeric keypad. If you use the period on the keyboard, the "n." is not produced.

I am in Mozambique (which is basically 'off the map' for most people ;) ) but I am using everything as if I were in the US when it comes to any of my computer work.)
Again, my setup is as follows: XP, SP3, IE8; keyboard layout: EN(US); SCC 3.5 (see prev. note and post re. vintage)

By the way, I'm using a Logitech keyboard attached to my laptop running under WinXP SP3.

...and I am using one of those 'classic' Keytronic keyboards, 15+ years old, that they just haven't been able to improve upon! It has survived about 5 computers for me by now, - and will probably outlive me!

Can't reproduce it here either sorry, I get a period whether keyboard or num key pad.

Windows XP SP3
EN(US) keyboard setup

I am experiencing this also, my bad that I didn't think I was because I thought they meant in the price box when typing prices. Doesn't happen to me there, but it does happen to me in the Product Detail, and I didn't go back to read it so if that's what they said them my ignorance not reading carefully enough sorry.
Anyways, thought I'd let you know it's happening here too. US EN keyboard.
