Right now there are no mailing functions in the software. I would actually be a bit nervous to add such a thing. Linux servers and IIS servers both use different methods of sending e-mail. This then opens the door to many new things like "why the e-mail was not delivered", or "how can I format the e-mail to say something different" or "how can then send the order to more then one person".

about the tax area, i put the tax in as 6.5
but it won't show up on the customers cart screen

In SCC, did you also configure each product with the appropriate Tax listed under the Optional Charges area?

ok sorry found that the Tax(%) is set to merchandise shipping & hadleing is 0.00 set as defalut

Hello, I have question about the Pro version. I have read all 9 pages of this thread and really don't see exactly what the Pro version means. I would like to purchase the SSC, but if it's going to be a fully different version when you release the Pro version I don't want to have to make another purchase for the same software with added abilities, I'd rather wait for the full Pro version. But, I have also seen you list it as possibly a separate module or program. Do we have any clue which it's going to be yet? And any ideas on the differences in cost or additional cost(s) it will be for this Pro setup?

The 'Pro' version is still an evolving product and the features are still being determined. The good news is anyone who buys the version we have now will be able to upgrade to the 'pro' version at anytime with a special upgrade price. You will not be charged a full retail price.

When we get closer we will post more information on this.
