Is credit card information encrypted?

Credit card processing is handled by the merchant (PayPal, Google Checkout or Authorize.net), not Shopping Cart Creator.

However to answer your question, yes they do encrypt the data.

Amazing work seriously, coffeecup is amazing. But there was just one thing that was missing and maybe I missed it somewhere, but one of the biggest issues i always face is with selling digital goods such as downloads or anything else digital for that matter. We need something that allows the user to be redirected to an encrypted url after making the payment. And this encrypted url would contain the download link for whatever digital product the customer just bought after going through the payment process, so that people cant just type the url and download it for free. Then single "buy now" buttons can be made for digital items. if you can do something about this that would be great

Eventually we will have better support for digital downloads, but as I mentioned in my post, it is not as easy as you think

I am so glad I jumped on the CoffeeCup bandwagon. I started using the great software that is put out by CoffeCup and just like that when ever a new version is released it is offered as a free update. That is so sweet!!!

that one is very great.If you purchased 3.1 before can you have in upgrade for free

For me the most important things are:
1- Customize the themes,
2- Other currencies (in my country the money it's called "Real")
3 - Other languages
Will that be availble in this free update?

I would like to know if there will be more order / payment options available in the future, or within the upcoming pro version. The payment options currently embedded are not verry commom here in Europe (besides paypal, however not many customers use it), more precise the Netherlands. To be more specific; to make an order with payment in advance or cash on delivery (a service used by the postal companies within the European countries), in wich te program sends an email to the shopowner with te placed order, so the shopowner can react to the customer with furthur shippingdetails and / or payment instructions. Right now placing an order (and receiving it by email) is not possible without one of the payment options embedded activated / selected, wich means unless i make my own additional script I can't use the program for my case, wich i regret a bit
Also I would like to see multi-langual support, however, editing the css files also works fine for me.
