I just added a new category and product via SCC, saved, previewed, and published. The category and the product show up in the preview but not live at the site. I cleared the browser cache but that didn't fix the problem. I have made changes to products in the past with no issues, however this is the first time since creating the site that I have added a new category/product. What am I doing wrong? Site is twosistersmakestuff.com

What's the name of your new category?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I would double check your publishing settings. your site has a last change date of 1/20/2012.

Yes! Apparently the server settings default to /shop even though I changed it last time I updated. Didn't realize I would have to change it every time.

Many thanks,
Sandra

The program will retain your settings. Make sure your opening the same shop project that you were working with before.:) If you start a new project then you'll need to reenter your settings. The one thing you can do if your experimenting with different looks is to save your original project under a different name. This will retain your ftp settings allowing you to tweak the design for testing. If you don't like the design you can open the original and republish that one to overwrite the one you didn't like.
