it is possible to upgrade from the standard version of shopping cart to the pro version?

Since Shopping Cart Creator Pro is a completely different program with features that are not found in the Basic version, we have no "upgrade" policy for this program. You would need to purchase Shopping Cart Pro from our website.

I didn't know this, I wouldn't have bought a basic knowing the pro was not an upgrade.

I have a similar situation where due to limited funds at the time only could afford the Shopping Cart Creator basic along with the Shopping Cart Designer Pro with hopes of buying an upgrade to shopping cart creator pro in the future as funds allowed....I also plan to buy a few other programs too, are there any bundling or coupon opportunities available?

Make sure that Hotmail is the email you have registered with CC (I'm assuming it is, but just checking all bases). Then make sure it isn't sitting in your spam or junk folders as that is usually the culprit that grabs them. :)

Hotmail blocks emails with links in (its an amendable setting i believe)

I have even put a note on my contact forms asking clients not to use hotmail for this reason

hotmail also blocks Aliases, and thats a pain as i cant even check order detials or inform clients items are in the post

best advice is only use hotmail for it intended purpose, friends and family, not business, you might miss out on lots of special offers and the like
