So is it the 'best practice' to collect all the images you want to use and place them in the 'Resource' folder before you start? To keep in nice and tidy?

I learned that and after following the directions in the "Editing text elements (header, paragraphs, ect)" thank you Scott for the pics, it was all working. It was looking great. Started changing the text. Going smoooth. saved Then I exported and the pic changes that I had made did not follow in the export. Went back to the *.RSD file and the my pics where still there and the and the changes said they were sill there. Exported to another location and name and the originals pics showed up again when I opened in both a browser and Editor?

Are you looking at the changes on the proper breakpoint in your browser?

Ok did not change the size of the browser. I was viewing in full screen only. I did check the site in RSD at all break points and my pics where there. Did not resize after exporting. I did check the main.css and the original url was there not my changes.

My pics do appear when I reduce to 50%..

You changed the (background image) styles at a breakpoint somewhere in the middle, not in the default wide view. This is how responsive design works, you design for either desktop or mobile, and make changes going down (to the left when starting with desktop) or up (to the right when starting with mobile).

This theme was uses a desktop down framework which means that you have to change the default (background) styles to the right of the most right breakpoint. The little dots above the slider represent the breakpoints.

got that. I had to go look on my laptop where I did all my work today. all the way right to the menu, looked great when I went further right under the menu it did change to the original. I notices that when the screen res changes 1090 all looks good when I when I change it by using the + and - to 1096res all goes back.

How do I ensure a default wide view. My desk top shows a default of 1950 pic where my laptop shows a 1085 pic. Is there a way just to tell the program to be at 1950. I believe that is why I had the earlier problem.

Set Max Width of Grid and Raw to your desired size.
