I got your project file
I just simply exported it, then FTP'd it to a spare website domain,

nothing else, didn't do anything to the project file, except to save it before exporting

so the conclusion for me is
1/ somethings wrong with your FTP app
or
2 Your hosting settings are causing something,

Here is a little idea for a bit of fun
New project
Open the crypto component don't do anything except export it straight away

FTP it to your hosting service see what happens

Don't forget to clear all your files from your hosting service first

UPDATE

For anyone following this
Gwynneth has now got a workaround for this problem, which I believe involves the FTP quota for uploading to her hosting service, which is based on which plan she has for their service, its a bit fiddly and involves a bit of extra work, but at least it solves any similar problems people my experience.
The various links to websites/videos etc that I put up during have now been removed. Just incase anybody wonders
