Hello and thank you in advance for the help.
I published the site to my S-Drive account, and it looks great:
https://elgie.coffeecup.com/

Then, I exported the files from SiteDesigner, and uploaded to a different host (bluehost).
https://infobytes.cc/
BAM
403 Forbidden Error
Forbidden

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

So, I started completely fresh (transfered a domain to Bluehost, assigned it, uploaded files--just didn't get the SSL installed yet) BUT...same error:
http://infobytes.us/

So, then, I tried a different host (XMission), where I'm currently hosting our site. I added a NEW directory, uploaded the files there, and BAM, same forbidden error:
https://infobytes.com/NewSite/

Forbidden

Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at infobytes.com Port 443

I was really hoping to deploy the new site this weekend. Since I tried on 3 different URLS, and am basically getting the same error, I think it's in the export. The S-Drive version looks great.

Any suggestions? Your advice and help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Elgie, I checked the different links after you had posted the other day, and only the S-drive worked. I checked them now again, and all but the infobytes/NewSite are working. Maybe there has been some delay in the pipes somewhere.
Ha en riktig god dag!

SOLVED!

For those interested, the files were marked as "private." I had to change the permissions on the files to be "Read" and they all show up.

This is NOT a Site Designer error. Curious how it happened? Well...read on!

I have Site Designer on Windows. I usually work on my linux machine (Ubuntu--I'm not that nerdy). I exported the files to my shared "MegaSynch" folder. Then, I switched over to my linux machine to upload the files to the various sites/hosts.

Megasynch apparently alters the permissions. So, when they landed on my linux machine, the permissions were changed. I uploaded 'em and boom 403 error. As soon as I changed 'em (easy via Filezilla) they all worked.

I just made a change in one file. Instead of uploading from my linux machine, I set up Filezilla on my windows machine. Grabbed the exported file, uploaded it (still on windows) and absolutely no issue.

Windows it is for me on the entire process.

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR HELPING OUT!!!! I'll return the favor soon!
