I know it must be somewhere obvious, but I can's see where the free theme is located. Do I have to download it separately?

The theme is very nice, but it lacks one thing: a fixed menu.
With the one-page parallax sites, it is a pain in the whatsit having to scroll up to the top every time you want to quickly navigate to a different section of the page. With a fixed menu sticking to the top of the browser window, it will be much easier.

I think it's just a simple 'one page site' Parallax would have some background or foreground image effect depending on the scroll position Y value or sometimes X

yes it is a simple one page, but nicely designed.
Only I miss the soft scrolling, so you see going to the target page. That can not be installed.
