Having trouble with Grid Editor -...

I'm brand new to Site Designer, trying to remake a non responsive little website from 15 years ago. It's been so long since I made a website and it's very different now. Anyway, I'm trying to recreate this 3-column layout on one page, and am having lots of trouble with using the grid editor. I start defining the rows, but can't see them to put in any content. Is using Grid the best way to do it? I'd like to have each item collapse into its own paragraph for mobile size, but maybe I'll just have to make a different version. Thanks for any help.

CSS Grid is the perfect way to achieve many things, but it can be a bit overwhelming to begin with, but once you can get it OHHH BOY

The screenshot you attached doesn't seem to be available,, I have done a simple video guide to using CSS GRID)(set-up etc.

Can you let us know which framework you are using (not that it matters too much, which one, but would be more relevant for you if if was the same . There is also a guide on using the grid by CC themselves. if you open Site Designer, and look along the top menu the last one on the right (Help) then open that you will see 3 choices select either "Guides" ot "Vidoos" and then search for the article or grid.

Thanks for your response. I'm using Foundation framework. The page I'm doing has 3 columns of test. Left column name of company, middle column website, right column a number. So each item would be a row of info, and there's 10 of them. Is Grid the right way to do it? I found the tutorial from CoffeeCup, there's no audio, but it does explain it.
Let me give that a go, but I'd lie to see your video too.

Even after your tutorial I'm still having problems. In the Grid Designer I made 3 columns with 8 rows to arrange my text. I named each row in the first column. But I can't see any of that in the canvas. I used a 3 column grid container and when I look at that div in the inspector, it shows 3 containers with a paragraph in each one. Do I have to name and color each cell? What happened to the rest of it?

Send me the site designed file use WeTransfer.com it's free and secure, I can then do another one using that so it's more relevant to your problem.

I did 2 more demos (no sound just demo's )
1 was using flex instead of grid,, which maybe easier and quicker for you
