Now I hear that "In CoffeeCup Site Designer, the ability to automatically push articles to the next page when a new one is added without manual intervention is not inherently supported. This dynamic sorting and pagination functionality typically involves server-side scripting to manage the backend logic."

Is that correct that in Site Designer it is not readily possible to add articles to a page?
Had I known that I would not have bought Site Designer

So perhaps you should have tested that first with the 2 weeks free trial, that's what it is available for.
You can add a new page to site designer and a new link to that page on your main articles page, don't need anything fancy to do that

I know how to add new page in Site Designer. Just not how to be able to keep adding new articles to the page of the page listing all articles and then have it show only 15 articles at a time

Furthermore - when I asked the sales person before I bought the program if I would be able to create my website in Site Designer, while she knew of my current website size etc she said yes, there would be no problem in doing so
which that makes me confused regarding what is the correct answer to this problem

You know the problem is you say things you ask for help, then the next thing is you say you have found someone that can help you, then back again and again.
I would have helped but feel inclined not to waste anymore of my time and effort
So the answer to this latest one is easy add a pagination navigation to your main page, and point the links to a duplicate page (or section) that has the additional links, up to 15 if you want, I prepared a demo for you for doing that in answer to a different post you had regarding pagination, then the next thing is here you are on another thread moaning about site designer not doing what you want it to do, and spending 69 dollars on something that was a professional outfit to do would cost in the tens of thousands of dollars, and expecting the application to do it all without even a modicum of knowledge of how to get site designer to do what you want it to do.
Good luck with your endeavours.

I had drafted the following before Wayan's reply appeared, but it may perhaps be of some help.

There seem to be a number of completely separate matters being discussed here.

1. The size of the website
Currently each Site Designer (SD) project is limited to 125 web pages, but
(a) each web page has no limit on the number of articles it could contain;
(b) a website can include as many SD projects as one wants (mine is built with several SD project files and has hundreds of web pages).

2. Automation of pagination etc.
(a) This is not part of the facilities built into SD, and it is not suggested that anyone has claimed that it is.
(b) SD's Page Manager does allow one to move pages into any order one wishes.
(c) https://mock-up.coffeecup.com/va-comps/va-book-nav.html shows how it takes only a little care in page naming and some elementary JavaScript to create page navigation that goes from page to page.
(d) https://bloggingguide.com/how-to-automate-your-blog/ gives some pointers about blog automation software.

3. The articles list page
I guess that the showing of only 15 article links at a time can be done. It might be a good idea to provide the URL of website doing something like what is wanted. That would make clear exactly what is in mind, and perhaps help anyone wishing to suggest a method of doing it in SD.

Thank you , Frank for your input.

I am slowly getting familiar to site designer however there are several stumbling blocks still.
Today I exported a file before I have to restart my computer.
Now I loo at a folder saying curo_exported but when I try to open one of the files I cannot make it open in Site Designer.

Can anybody tell me a way to convert an exported file folder into rsd?

Reading through you answer once again Frank, I am surprised to see there should be a limitedly amount of webpages.

Before I bought Site Designer I made it clear to sales person that I need to convert my big website that has more than 306 pages into Site Designer and she said that I would be able to do so using Love Acts theme.
Are you telling me that when I reach 125 pages I will not be able to create any more pages?
That is a huge concern to me.

I have found a way to make it work with my articles page so that is no longer a concern of mine.

Right now my biggest concern is how many pages I can make in Site Designer as well as how I can 'transform' my exported files into rsds so I can work with my files again.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
