I am trying to attach the .rsd file and I get this message:

Zip the file first and then attach.

You had it almost there. I adjust the Max-height to 250 which I think gives you what you were asking for.

Add a top Margin of 45. That moves the image down below the lumber.

Note, the source image however is much larger. You should resize that in a graphics program first before adding it to RSD. Right now on that existing site, you are adding fixed dimensions of the image in the markup.

It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Had that too, but brought it back to 0. It still leaves the image too tall. Below Caprentry, the LLC, that (LLC) need to be just a little bit lower than where the DTS is right now.

Yes, see my full comment and what Eric said. You have to fix the source image first.
